U.S. mall owner Simon Property Group (revenue of US$5.7 billion in 2018, up by 2% year-on-year) announced a partnership with Rue Gilt Groupe, operating flash-sale e-commerce websites Rue La La and Gilt, to launch “shoppremiumoutlets.com”, a discount business online.

The website has been tested since March 2019 and will be run by Rue Gilt Groupe. Some of the brands that have signed include Saks Off Fifth, Aeropostale, Nautica and Under Armour. Simon Property Group is said to contribut
