Launched in Barcelona (Spain) in September 2014, we assess the results of the “Fresh”seasonal market, launched by Unibail-Rodamco in the Glories Mall. Similarly to Eataly, “Fresh” focused on “Eat and Buy”. It offers both products for sale (fruits and vegetables, meat, fish, cheese, chocolate and a Spanish ham specialist) and a dining area of 750 seats. “Fresh” values quality and product source traceability.
