In 2020, Best Buy’s turnover reached US$ 47.3 billion, up by 8%. With 43% of sales online, it is one of the most omnichannel retailers in the world. As a comparison, rival Fnac Darty reports that e-commerce generates 29% of turnover in 2020. How did Best Buy reach such omnichannel levels? Former CEO Hubert Joly steps back and shares his vision of transformation in his book called “The Heart of Business”.
