The Outlet Resource Group (TORG) has signed an agreement with the Latvian promoter Outletico to manage an outlet centre. This is the “Via Jurmala Outlet Village” located near Riga (21,000 sq.m GLA and 120 stores) in the Jurmala tourist region, often considered as the Côte d’Azur of Latvia.
