Angry at the Washington Post’s coverage of the Saudi Kingdom following Jamal Khashoggi’s murder, Saudis are calling for a boycott of Amazon.com because of shared ownership with U.S.A. billionaire Jeff Bezos. The Saudis also called for a boycott of regional subsidiary Souq.com, acquired by Amazon last year. According to Bloomberg, “Boycott Amazon” was the top trending ‘hashtag’ on Twitter in Saudi Arabia for several hours during the 4th of November.
