From 19 June, the world’s no 1 shopping centre operator Simon Property Group (SPG) will launch Simon Search, a solution that allows customers to see what items are in stock over 29 malls in the U.S.A.

If a customer wants to buy a pair of red trousers in size 38, the service will show which stores in the mall have this product. The tool is available on the mall’s website and interactive screens within it. The 25 retailers participating in the system include Anthropologie, Athleta, J. Crew...
