The fast-food operator Yum-China (7,300 KFC and Pizza Hut restaurants in China, more than US$8 billion in sales last year) has changed owner last month and is now controlled by new Asian shareholders: Primavera Capital (led by Fred Hu, former president of Goldman Sachs) and Ant Financial Services (part of Alibaba).
