Following the signing of a new agreement on professional equality and diversity in December, the chief HR officer of French multinational telecommunications corporation Orange Group, Vincent Lecerf, spoke to mind RH about his ambitions in this area, both in France and globally. It was also an opportunity to revisit some of the hot topics of the moment: artificial intelligence, skills and pay transparency.
How important are professional equality and diversity to you, at a time when they are under attack?
This is an important issue that we are working hard on, and it is part of the group’s overall ethical framework. It is a long-term commitment that we retain, as it’s effective in terms of positioning.
