AXA: EWC and management agree on a process of social dialogue as the insurer embarks on its digital transformation

On November 26 during the EWC meeting, members and management clarified the process of social dialogue that will accompany the Group’s digital transformation.  The restricted committee  prepared the process that was approved by members and management during the plenary meeting. The process includes a familiarisation phase and ongoing consultation with the EWC as the digital transformation program is rolled out to the Group’s subsidiaries.
