The digital revolution is at play in the insurance world, as in many other sectors. With changes that should take place in 2020, the management and group European council of AXA are going to use the European agreement on the anticipation of change negotiated in 2011 to deal with digitalization and its impact on employment and skills in the best possible way.
In the press release published on its website, AXA’s EWC (CEG) explains, “the AXA Group is going to launch a large-scale digital transformation plan. It seems fairly clear that this project will have major implications in terms of management of jobs and skills. Being a transnational project, The European Works Council will be at the heart of social dialogue process.”
