BNP-Paribas: meeting of extraordinary European WC devoted to the repurchase of Italian bank BNL

The European work's council of the French banking group BNP Paribas is convened, on February 20th 2007, to an extraordinary meeting devoted to the reorganisation of banking activities in Italy, Spain and Luxembourg, following the repurchase of the Italian bank BNL. Because the members of the EWC arrive at the end of their mandate, a re-negotiation of the agreement should take place the same day. (Ref. 070097)
