How did negotiations go over an agreement on worker involvement in Dassault Systèmes in Europe (c.f. article No. 9016)?


Catherine Guillot. Collaborative and constructive open negotiations were held over a period of under six months. The agreement is the result of work carried out jointly between Management, members of the SNB, and one expert. We had monthly plenary meetings and we put an eight member select working group in place that came together in audio conference between the plenary session
