On April 10 the French 3D design software specialist signed an agreement over worker involvement in the future SE (c.f. article No. 9016). Catherine Guillot, EMEA industrial relations legal specialist who officiated at the negotiations discusses with Planet Labor over how the negotiations went and what was the upshot.

How did negotiations go over an agreement on worker involvement in Dassault Systèmes in Europe (c.f. article No. 9016)?

Catherine Guillot. Collaborative and constructive open negotiations were held over a period of under six months. The agreement is the result of work carried out jointly between Management, members of the SNB, and one expert. We had monthly plenary meetings and we put an eight member select working group in place that came together in audio conference between the plenary session
