Denmark: government plans to take the fight against social dumping further
The interministerial committee set up by the government to come up with measures against social dumping presented its report last week. The government is going to rely on it to take action. Possible initiatives include: giving the labor inspectorate the power to issue administrative sanction, increased use of social clauses for public contracts, and enhanced cooperation between national and international authorities.
