On 12 February, Dansk industry ((DI), employers) and Co-industri (a group of 9 unions including Dansk Metall and HK/Privat) signed an agreement that the president of Co-industri called a landmark agreement especially as regards resources for better lifelong training for employees. It is also marks the end to the period of economic crisis in so far as it is ‘generous’ secures advances across all categories ranging from older workers, to parents of young children, to temporary workers.
An agreement targeting training. The main development of this three-year agreement, which will benefit some 6,000 companies and 230,000 workers, centers on employee training.
