…Denmark: the Government and the social partners conclude an agreement covering five measures to raise the number of work experience placements
The Government concluded an agreement with LO (trade unions) and DA (employers organization) to raise the number of work experience placements open to students in vocational colleges (almost 12,000 students are still waiting for placements). The agreement looks to: bolster support for these students; appoint more consultants whose focus is to visit businesses and strengthen their links with the colleges; and also to disseminate current best practices to all the colleges in the kingdom.
