Autistic youngsters with the Asperger syndrome are increasingly sought after in the information technology sector because of their specific skills. An original training model set up in 2005, whose classes are now taught in 10 schools throughout the country, aims to develop these skills. With an 80-percent recruitment rate, this 3-year training program collects rewards and prizes, including the last Danish-German 2014 Innovation award.
