Dexia: ongoing negotiations on the implementation of the group’s “transformation plan”

Staff representatives’ concerns. During the last extraordinary meeting of the EWC, on March 10, 2009, staff representatives said they had been “duly consulted”, meaning that they got answered – but not necessarily satisfaction – to the questions they asked the management about the transformation plan.
