EADS: EWC agreement revised based on the new EWC directive

roup and the members of the special negotiating body revised, on October 30, 2008, the agreement for the establishment of the EWC of October 23, 2000. The signatory parties adapt the text to the “organization of the group, taking account of the new practices developed by the EWC since it was set up.” Some of the wording is very similar to the provisions of the new EWC directive.
