During the social dialogue committee's meeting, on June 20, European social partners adopted a second balance on the enforcement of the voluntary agreement on stress signed in October 2004 (on this topic, see our dispatch n°06819) whereas the agreement’s establishment had to be carried out at member states’ level by October 2007, most of them still haven’t enforced it. It is the second time that the signatory parties of the voluntary agreement on stress (the European Trade Union Confederation – ETUC, managers’ organizations BusinessEurope and UEAPME) are evaluating the situation on its enforcement.
