European Social Partners (BusinessEurope and CEEP for employers, ETUC for unions) published their second report on the establishment of the framework of actions on gender equality. This report presents initiatives from national social partners in 18 European countries in four main areas : to address gender roles, to promote women in decision-making, to support work-life balance, and to tackle the gender pay gap. (Ref. 071002)
National social partners’ priority actions slightly changed compared to those presented in the follow-up report (see our article No. 061266). This year, they mostly took on the following topics:
