The Commission adopted, on October 9, the amended version of the directive bill "based on enhancing worker mobility by improving the vesting and preservation of supplementary pension rights". This proposal, which now has to be sent to the EU Ministers' Council, goes over most amendments adopted by the European Parliament at its first reading (see our article No. 070551.) (Ref. 070832)
The first thing is to make the text’s title comply with the last stage of discussion, which is what this amended proposal does.
