The EMF, EMCEF, ETUF-TCL, UNI-Europa, EPSU, EFFAT, EFBWW and FET published, on Tuesday, February 9, joint recommendations to guide the members of special negotiating bodies and EWCs during the transposition of the new directive published in June 2009 (about the directive, see our dispatch No. 090447).
