Clariane, the French retirement home and private clinic group, has agreed to a charter on social dialogue. Signed on 25 October 2023, it aims to extend trade union freedoms in countries where they are least guaranteed, to ensure social dialogue at the level of each establishment and to train all managers on the issue. mind RH unveils the text.
