Finland: new sectoral agreement in the technological industry

Training and division of the wage increases: the problem of transposing the framework agreement in the sectors.  The framework agreement signed on October 13th between the Akava, SAK and STTK unions and employers, represented by the Confederation of Finnish Industries (EK), provides, among other things, for a 4.3% wage increase as well as the creation of an employment right to three paid annual training days.
