Finland: the Ministry of Labour launches a new information site on Finnish social legislation

This multilingual site provides information for employers hiring foreign workers on employment regulations, important administrative steps, as well as for immigrant workers coming to work in Finland. (Ref. 06915)

Facing a growing number of foreign workers, the Finnish Ministry of Labour launched a new website providing the essential information on the current legislation, notably as regards work permits, employment contracts, minimum wages and social security. The site also contains general information on working relations and living conditions in Finland, intended for foreign workers coming to Finland. Information is provided in English, Finnish, Swedish and Estonian.
