A secret five-page document released by the Nykypäivä weekly, close to the Rally for the Republic (Kokoomus, right wing), shows that key union and employers’ organizations in the country have reached an agreement on the extension of paternity leave.  The issue was still being debated in March when the social partners publicly presented the state of advancement of their discussions on the extension of careers and the improvement of life at work.
