France: external audit fosters “dynamic of progress”, says Martine Bordonné, director of telework and nomadism at Orange (interview)

French telecommunications group Orange was one of the first three companies to receive the WIWO (Work In Work Out) label awarded by the Incitu collective on 10 December, following a four-month assessment. This label constitutes recognition for firms whose organisational, managerial or technological innovations guarantee a fair balance between quality of life at work and economic performance. Martine Bordonné, director of telework and nomadism at Orange, explains why the company has committed to this labelling process.
