France: insurer Maif takes broad view of diversity
On 22 December, the mutual insurance group signed a three-year diversity, equity and inclusion agreement with the four representative trade unions, with the aim of "ensuring equal opportunities and treatment for all". It includes provisions on professional equality and quality of life at work to support employees at important moments in their lives.
