French aerospace manufacturer Safran has signed a company agreement with its trade unions (CFDT, CFE-CGC, CGT and FO), designed to offer its employees a range of support measures to help them in their working life through the various phases of parenthood. The agreement, which will take effect from 4 September 2023, also provides for a degree of flexibility in the organisation of work, with a view to improving both quality of life at work and work-life balance.
