On november 21st 2006, the TGI of Paris released an urgant decision, confirmed the same day by the Paris Court of Appeal, ordering Gaz de France to postpone its board of directors which was due to decide on the merger with Suez, as long as the EWC has not released its opinion. (see story n°061178). We publish, in attached file, these two decisions that we have commented. (Ref. 061293)
