For the past two years, employment agency advisors in Berlin, Hamburg, and in North Rhine-Westphalia have been going out on their own particular version of ‘safari’. In fact these advisors have taken buses to three digital companies within their own regions in a bid to learn more about and understand the various professions as well as the demand for skilled workers within this segment.
