Racism at work is the first flak expressed by ethnic minorities in the United Kingdom, according to the commission for racial equality. Out of the over 5,000 complaints it received during the last six months, almost one out of two (43%) indeed concerned the professional sphere, denouncing brutality and bullying maneuvers, blocked promotion and refused job interviews.
