Hungary: agreement is finally concluded at Auchan

The union set up its strike committee ont 6 April, on the request of employees when the management was not disposed to negotiate about wages. The demand of social partners were satisfied: the surplus of travel expenses for those who work on early and late shifts. On wages, negotiations were more difficult, and a mediator was needed. The result is that Auchan has accepted to increase the wages of employees (except management) by 2,7 % on 1 March 2006 and by 1% more as of 1 May 2006.
