InVivo is rolling out its plan for integrating the Soufflet teams, following the completion of its acquisition of the family-owned agri-food group in December 2021. This merger makes the French cooperative group a global agricultural player with sales of €10 billion and a workforce of more than 13,000, including 10,000 in France. Sébastien Graff, the Group's Human Resources Director and project leader, tells Planet Labor about the major stages and challenges of this integration program.

Initially we asked all our teams to focus on three major deadlines.
