In a decision rendered on January 15, 2009, the Supreme Court cancelled the sentence for defamation of four former employees who, in an email to the customers of their former company, described irregularity committed by the latter vis-à-vis their employees. The Supreme Court linked employees' "right to criticism" and journalists' "right to inform." (Ref. 090073)
