Italian banking group BPER announced in mid-January the creation of an ‘academy’, in partnership with the training group Digit’Ed, as it seeks to train its 20,000 employees on new technologies. The courses, which will combine theory and practical activities, will use artificial intelligence and “simulation” learning techniques.
