The Fisac-CGIL refused to sign the text which provides that, for four years, new employees’ wages will be 20% lower than the minimum established in the sector’s CCN. The agreement also provides for the creation of 600 permanent jobs in areas where unemployment is high and the conversion of 400 precarious jobs into permanent contracts, plus recruitments to replace coming retirements.
