Italy: Manageritalia and Confcommercio renew national collective agreement for service managers

Increased social protection, training and retraining for unemployed senior executives, incentives to appoint young people to managerial positions and a EUR 390 wage increase are the strong points of the renewal of the CCN of service managers signed last week by Manageritalia and the Confcommercio employers' organization. This CCN nearly covers the entire service sector, including retailing, advanced services (advertising, computing...) and tourism. (Ref. 110601)

The CCN of service managers, signed on September 27th by the Confcommercio employers’ organization and Manageritalia, is valid for three years and will almost cover the entire services sector including retailing, advanced services (advertising, computing…) and tourism (except for transportation, hotels and shipping agencies). Therefore, it will affect nearly 21,000 managers and over 8,000 businesses.
