The new company agreement signed by American Express Group in Italy in January with the trade unions – after three months of ‘tight’ negotiations – changes working time and organization. The new company agreement, approved by 85% of workers, was permanently signed on January 31 by American Express Service Europe Ltd, Amex Broker Assicurativo S.r.l.s.u., and American Express Payment Service Limited for employers and Filcams-CGIL, Fisascat-Cisl, Uiltucs-Uil and the works council (RSA) for the trade unions.
