After “long and difficult negotiations” during which, according to unions, only “unity and homogeneity” helped overcome “unjustified rigidity” from the group’s management, SLP-Cisl, SLC-CGIL, Uilposte, Failp-Cisal, Confsal Comunicazioni, and UGL Comunicazioni signed, on April 14th, a unitary agreement with Poste Italiane Spa for the renewal of the 2010-2012 CCN covering the 150,000 employees of the group and other undertakings of the group after harmonization. Valid between January 1, 2010 and December 31, 2012, it is the lat company agreement for Poste Italiane before the liberalization, which should lead to a sectoral CCN, for which negotiations should start next June.
