Lithuania : the most popular ways to motivate employees

The most common means for motivating employees are free courses, training and paying the phone bills, but those are only effective when employees receive a substantial salary. (Ref. 06832)

The largest share – around 86 per cent of Lithuanian employers – are motivating their employees by paying their education and mobile phone bills, concludes the survey carried out by the “TNS Gallup”, with more than 300 representatives from companies questioned in the largest Lithuanian cities. The rarest motivation means are company stocks, additional payments to retirement funds.
