The Australian bank National Australia Group (40000 employees), is, according to the trade-union confederation UNI, the first group of the finance sector to conclude an international framework agreement with the world trade-union confederation UNI. It would even be the first Australian company to conclude this type of agreement. The most important subsidiary companies of the group are the National Australia Bank, Bank of New Zealand, Yorkshire Bank (England) and Clydesdale Bank (in Scotland). T
