ine company KLM (group Air France-KLM), any employee invalid by less than 35 % will not be laid off before 2010. The agreement improves the situation of this category of personnel compared to the provisions of the law on professional disability, which came into effect on January 1st 2006, to reduce the number of workers declared invalid.
