loyers’ organizations in the energy sector concluded a new collective agreement for a temporary period of ten months because of the crisis. They are also waiting for the results of a study carried out by the social partners on the impact of restructuring on employment and industrial relations. In addition to a 1.3% wage increase, the agreement provides for the creation of an employee fund. They can either use the money saved or change it into additional days off. (Ref. 090709)
