The social partners in the personal care sector (retirement homes, nursing homes and home care) have signed a new 20-month collective agreement. It will apply from 1 January 2025 to 1 September 2026 to the 480,000 employees in the sector. During this period, salaries will increase by 7.5%, with rises of 4% on 1 July 2025 and 3.5% on 1 July 2026. The mileage allowance will also be increased from 1 July this year.
