Three types of employment contract. On 21 August 2015 a law was passed that changes the nature of employment contracts and will come into force on 21 February 2016 (c.f. article No. 9002 on the draft proposal) From February the Labour Code will distinguish three types of employment contract: indefinite term, fixed-term, and trial period.
