Poland: the social pact of TP SA, discussion with Jacek Kallaur

The management of TP SA (France Telecom group) and the trade unions of the company have signed a social pact valid three years, on December 9th 2006 (see story n° 061253) and an implementing agreement for the first year in January 2007. The text, which deals with the evolution of the wages, the anticipative management of manpower and the voluntary departures is commented by Jacek Kallaur, member of the board in charge of human ressources. Company TP SA went through a period of major transformations at the beginning of the years 2000 with heavy reorganizations. We then followed a strong policy of internal mobility, with in 2006, more than 2000 employees which were transferred techniques positions towards sales and commercial jobs.
