Poland: will employees soon undergo the lie detector?

According to the daily " Gazeta Wyborcza ", the Ministry of Employment and social policy is currently working on a draft law that would allow employers to use lie detectors « to test » their employees. This measure is intended to give a legal framework to a very common practice in firms. (Ref 061061)

This measure would allow employers to detect the “lies” of employees as regards professional confidentiality and during appointments (drug use, reason for changing jobs) or to detect frauds within the firm.
