HR divisions able to pilot transformation processes: it is with this ambition in mind that Xavier Chéreau has positioned the French automaker’s HR function as a strategic partner in driving transformation change. - In public you often expand on the concept of HR as a strategic partner. Can you tell us yet again what this signifies to you?
Xavier Chéreau. Indeed, I do tend to qualify the HR role as that of a strategic partner rather than of a business partner.
