Publication of a report on the transposition of the information-consultation directive
The European Trade Union Institute for Research, Education and Health and Safety (ETUI-REHS) published a report reviewing the transposition of the directive 2002/14/CE in the 25 member States. This report, which is a comparative study of national legislations, highlights the difficulties of transposition and draws several, general conclusions. (Ref. 06480)
